Est\u00e0 inspirada en la rosa dels vents i els punts cardinals. Enlloc de parlar de nord, sud, est i oest, et proposo que parlem d'alegria, r\u00e0bia, por i tristesa. A la vegada, al centre de la rosa, et proposo que posis l'emoci\u00f3 de l'amor o fins i tot de la calma. Si vols oferir-li m\u00e9s opcions a la teva filla, fill, pots afegir tantes emocions com vulguis identificar i expressar.<\/p>\n<p>Crear-la \u00e9s molt senzill. Nom\u00e9s necessites guix per al terra o cinta de pintor. Si no tens aquests materials, pots utilitzar objectes com pedres, petxines de mar que tingueu d'alguna excursi\u00f3 anterior, branques, llana o fil, ninos o figures, fins i tot peces de fruita o objectes de decoraci\u00f3. El repte \u00e9s representar la rosa dels vents i posar-li nom a cada punt amb una emoci\u00f3. \u00a1Recorda tamb\u00e9 el centre! A mi m'agrada utilitzar la calma per al centre perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s l'emoci\u00f3 que vull ancorar en aquest moment d'incertesa.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, podeu escriure una llista de situacions que esteu vivint aquests dies. Per exemple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Com em sento quan rebo deures de l'escola?<\/li>\n<li>Com em sento quan menjo el meu plat preferit?<\/li>\n<li>Com em sento quan veig la mare ballar?<\/li>\n<li>Com em sento quan veig el pare amb la mascareta i els guants per sortir a comprar?<\/li>\n<li>Com em sento despr\u00e9s d'un bany?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una altra variant del recurs \u00e9s proposar a la nena, nen preguntes que impliquin trobar una soluci\u00f3. La intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s acompanyar en la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes perqu\u00e8 el petit entrena aquesta habilitat, pr\u00f2pia de la part frontal del cervell.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M'agrada molt aquesta pregunta! \u00c9s saludable voler sentir-se m\u00e9s content. Aqu\u00ed tens algunes coses que pots fer:\n\n**Petites coses di\u00e0ries:**\n\n*   **Gratitud:** Cada dia, pensa en tres coses per les quals estimes agra\u00eft. Fins i tot les coses petites.\n*   **Moment present:** Practica la consci\u00e8ncia (mindfulness). Intenta estar atent al que fas ara mateix, ja sigui menjar, caminar o parlar amb alg\u00fa.\n*   **Moviment:** Fer exercici f\u00edsic, fins i tot una simple passejada, allibera endorfines que milloren l'estat d'\u00e0nim.\n*   **Natura:** Passa temps a l'aire lliure. La natura t\u00e9 un efecte relaxant i rejovenidor.\n*   **Son:** Assegura't de dormir prou. La manca de son pot afectar greument l'estat d'\u00e0nim.\n*   **Alimentaci\u00f3:** Menja sa i equilibrat. Una bona nutrici\u00f3 influeix en el teu benestar f\u00edsic i mental.\n*   **Hidrataci\u00f3:** Beu prou aigua. Fins i tot una lleugera deshidrataci\u00f3 pot afectar l'estat d'\u00e0nim.\n\n**Connexions i relacions:**\n\n*   **Contacte social:** Passa temps amb persones que t'estimen i et fan sentir b\u00e9. Una bona conversa pot alegrar el dia.\n*   **Ajuda als altres:** Fes una bona acci\u00f3 per alg\u00fa. Ajudar els altres et dona un sentiment de prop\u00f2sit i satisfacci\u00f3.\n*   **Expressions d'afecte:** Digues a la gent que estimes que els estimes. Les expressions d'afecte milloren les relacions i el teu propi estat d'\u00e0nim.\n\n**Autocura i diversi\u00f3:**\n\n*   **Aficions:** Dedica temps a les coses que t'agraden fer. Llegeix, escolta m\u00fasica, pinta, cuina...\n*   **Riu:** Mira una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula divertida, llegeix acudits o passa temps amb persones que et fan riure.\n*   **Aprenentatge:** Apr\u00e8n alguna cosa nova. La curiositat i el creixement personal poden ser molt gratificants.\n*   **Rep\u00f2s:** Pren-te descansos durant el dia. No et sobrecarreguis.\n*   **Estableix objectius:** Fixa't objectius petits i assolibles. Aconseguir-los et far\u00e0 sentir millor.\n*   **Perdona:** Tant a tu mateix com als altres. Rencor et pesa.\n\n**Mentalitat:**\n\n*   **Pensament positiu:** Intenta canviar els pensaments negatius per d'altres m\u00e9s positius o realistes. No vol dir ignorar els problemes, sin\u00f3 enfocar-se en les solucions o aspectes bons.\n*   **Acceptaci\u00f3:** Accepta que la vida t\u00e9 alt i baixos. No sempre pots estar content, i aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 b\u00e9.\n*   **Compasi\u00f3:** Sigues amable amb tu mateix, especialment quan les coses no van b\u00e9. Tracta't com tractaries a un bon amic.\n\n**Quan necessites m\u00e9s ajuda:**\n\n*   **Parla amb alg\u00fa:** Si et sents constantment trist o angoixat, parla amb un amic de confian\u00e7a, un familiar o un professional de la salut mental.\n\nRecorda que el cam\u00ed cap a la felicitat \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s, no una destinaci\u00f3. Prova algunes d'aquestes idees i veu quines t'ajuden m\u00e9s!<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u00e8 puc fer per disminuir la por?<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u00e8 puc fer per sentir calma?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recordeu que cada cop que vulgueu jugar podeu fer servir les mateixes preguntes o variar-les. La intenci\u00f3 d'aquesta eina \u00e9s que la nena, el nen pugui expressar-se a trav\u00e9s del cos i aix\u00ed alliberar energia que pot estar estancada pel confinament.
