Va ser <strong>enriquidor, generador de noves idees i vaig sortir refor\u00e7ada en relaci\u00f3 a la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019afavorir la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional des de ben petits<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u2019<strong>univers de les emocions que va presentar el Dr. Rafael Bisquerra<\/strong>, ens va parlar de tres emocions b\u00e0siques, instintives, per a les quals estem programats gen\u00e8ticament, la tristesa, la r\u00e0bia i la por. Aquestes es disparen autom\u00e0ticament en funci\u00f3 de com sentim el qu\u00e8 vivim. I ens en planteja tres m\u00e9s, sobre <strong>les que necessitem entrenar per aconseguir millor benestar. Aquestes s\u00f3n l\u2019alegria, l\u2019amor i la felicitat. El repte? Aprendre a reduir les primeres i potenciar les segones!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un <strong>t\u00e8cnica<\/strong> que ens permet encaminar-nos cap al <strong>benestar<\/strong>, posant l'atenci\u00f3 en el moment present, segon a segon, sense jutjar, amb acceptaci\u00f3 i curiositat \u00e9s el<strong> atenci\u00f3 plena<\/strong>. Ens aporta grans beneficis amb petits gestos que es poden incorporar en el dia a dia, destacaria <strong>la serenitat i la calma. S\u00f3n estats emocionals que contribueixen a reduir la r\u00e0bia. I dos aliats de l\u2019aprenentatge i les relacions, ambients en els quals viuen di\u00e0riament els nostres fills i filles. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed que amb la motivaci\u00f3 pels n\u00favols, <strong>vaig recordar un bany amb el meu fill<\/strong>, amb sal i espelmes incloses, <strong>que ens va permetre estar en atenci\u00f3 plena durant una estona.<\/strong> Li vaig proposar dos jocs i ell me'n va proposar un que no hi havia parat massa atenci\u00f3 fins aquell dia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>ENDINAR UN OBJECTE AMB EL TACTE I A ULLS TANCATS:<\/strong><\/span> a casa tenim una bossa de bany amb joguines d\u2019aigua (em pregunto com \u00e9s que, sense motiu aparent, es despengi doncs l\u2019ensurt que ve tot darrera \u00e9s intens!). El joc va consistir en <strong>agafar objectes a l'atzar i <\/strong>en Jan<strong>, amb el tacte, endevinar qu\u00e8 era.<\/strong> En el nostre cas, un peix, un polp, un cranc, un vaixell, un gos,... Va ser divertit, incl\u00f2s quan feia trampes obrint una mica els ulls perqu\u00e8 no aconseguia esbrinar qu\u00e8 era. Aix\u00f2 em va fer pensar que podrem anar pujant de nivell a mesura que ho practiquem. La proposta el va entusiasmar!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>2. FER-SE UN MASSATGE PER TOT EL COS:<\/strong><\/span> com que dispos\u00e0vem d'un oli de bany, li vaig proposar <strong>fer-se un massatge tot descrivint les diferents parts del cos mentre hi passava pel damunt amb les seves manetes.<\/strong> Va apuntar-se de seguida i li va permetre prendre consci\u00e8ncia de les parts del cos per les quals havia passat. Semblava un escultor modelant una est\u00e0tua de fang, xul\u00edssim i divertit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>OBSERVA EL DESGU\u00c0S DE LA BANSA MENTRE ES BUDA:<\/strong> <\/span>aquesta proposta la va fer ell. Vam <strong>observa els moviments de l'aigua quan treus el tap de la banyera.<\/strong> <strong>Es formen uns cercles i un petit remol\u00ed que ell mateix anava descrivint<\/strong> a mesura que succe\u00efa. El moment m\u00e9s intens, quan el remol\u00ed va augmentar la velocitat. Em va encantar, gr\u00e0cies fill per mostrar amb la teva curiositat com estar present a l\u2019aqu\u00ed i l\u2019ara!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Animeu-vos a practicar-ne alguna!
